My name is Amber Smith. I took ownership of Stepping Stones in January 2022. I have previously worked in daycare and child protective services for the last 10 years. I live just south of Eau Claire in Osseo. I am married to my wonderful husband, Curtis, and we have 4 children: one with special needs. It has always been a goal of mine to own and operate a licensed childcare facility that is all inclusive. My team and I strive to make our environment warm, welcoming and educational for all who come. 

We use developmentally appropriate practice in all that we do. We encourage and welcome diversity in all forms.
